Terms of Sale

1. Digital Product

You are purchasing a digital book (PDF) titled Find Your Freedom. No physical item is shipped.

2. Delivery

After on-chain payment is confirmed on Polygon, the site redirects to a Thank-You page with a download link. You will also receive an email with a secure download link.

Each purchase allows up to 3 downloads (PDF and ePub combined). The download link expires after 3 days. If the link expires or you need assistance, contact support@aajessi.com to request a new link.

3. Price & Payment

Prices are shown in USD and converted to MATIC at checkout. Payments are crypto-only on Polygon (chainId 137) to our public treasury address. You are responsible for network fees and sending on the correct chain/address.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. On-chain transactions cannot be reversed. If you send funds on the wrong network or to the wrong address, recovery is unlikely and not guaranteed.

5. License & Sharing

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the book. Redistribution, resale, public posting, or sharing the file or download link is not permitted.

6. "Founding Reader" Recognition

Early buyers may receive Founding Reader status recorded by wallet (proof of early support). This is not a token or security and conveys no ownership or profit rights.

If the AAJessi token launches in the future, Founding Reader wallets may receive early-access perks at our discretion, subject to law and audits. No token sale is active.

7. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

The book and website reflect personal experience and opinion and are not financial, legal, or tax advice. Do your own research.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes arising from your purchase in your jurisdiction.

9. Privacy

We may collect your email to deliver the download link and provide support. We do not store private keys or payment card data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
